Full Payment
Orders will be processed once full payment is received. Payments can be made online, in person, or through Cash on Delivery (COD). Products are not reserved without payment, and COD orders require payment upon delivery. After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email, which serves as proof of your purchase.
Cancellation Requests
You may cancel your order by emailing us at info@curlit.shop or directly through your account under the "Orders" section, provided the order status is still "Processing." For any other statuses, please email us or message us on Instagram to submit a cancellation request.
Refund Policy
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of payment. Due to the nature of cosmetic products, only unopened and unused items are eligible for refunds. The refund process and conditions are as follows:
- Refunds for online payments will be issued to the original form of payment.
- For COD orders, the refund amount will exclude the original shipping fee.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost in case of refunds.
